By accessing or using the Curious Community application (“App”) or website, available at https://community.curiousdevelopers.in (the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). By using the Curious Community platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information you submit remain your exclusive property. The Company will not claim ownership of these assets.

5. Feedback and Suggestions

By submitting feedback or suggestions about our Service, you agree that we may use such feedback for any purpose, including improving our platform, without compensation or credit to you.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Curious Community may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans to unlock premium content and features. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are subject to additional terms and conditions. You are responsible for any fees associated with your purchases, and all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

For subscriptions, your account will be automatically charged according to your chosen plan unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
